  • Personalised Orders: Since our products are made to order, personalised items typically take 2-3 weeks for production before they are ready to ship.
  • Furniture & Large Items: Custom furniture and larger items may take between 4-6 weeks for production due to the complexity and craftsmanship required.
  • Non-Personalised Orders: Standard products that are not customised usually ship within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been produced, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Domestic (Australia): We offer both standard and express shipping options. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
  • International: We offer international shipping to select countries. For international orders, please contact us for a customised shipping quote. Note that the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international shipments.

  • Express Shipping (Australia): Deliveries typically take between 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, and it may take 7-21 business days for delivery after dispatch.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship primarily within Australia, but international shipping is available upon request. If you are located outside of Australia, please reach out to us to confirm shipping availability to your location.
